To prevent Meats voice from going out during the first Bat out of Hell gig was to go on tour for a couple of weeks at a time and then take time off. That way, he could have taken about another couple of weeks to let his voice heal as well as his body. He would have been able to keep focused and on track way better than singing 6 days a week-every week!! Then maybe, just maybe things could have turned out alot differently. He could have sang on Bad for Good, never had that weird break-down that he did, possibly had a better relationship with Steinman, Bat 3 could have been the 'Real Deal' etc. etc.
