Although the cover image concept for the album was reputedly Jim's, the idea had been used before albeit in a film. The late sixties british film Psychomania has a scene where the reborn biker surges out of a grave on his triumph, maybe Jim saw it.
Jim's vision also spawned the cheesy BFG videos i believe, hmmm how "gay" are they?
