| Everyone who wants to smoke should smoke outside. It doesn't matter if they are at the office or at home with their family. Even people who live alone should nip out to the garden because smoking damages more than our lungs. But is it fair to bankrupt people who are going to die young? It would be nice if they had some money to leave to family members. A kid would have a difficult time if his dad died from smoking but surely his situation would be made even worse if his dad was broke and there was no inheritance money. > It's a stupidity tax.
