I am copy and pasted this blurb I read on 411mania.com regarding the casting for the new Freddy Kreuger in the Nightmare remake. While I was originally adamantly against the remake, this casting decision has perked my interest:
"Bloody-Disgusting reports that an announcement is expected soon on Jackie Earle Haley (Watchmen) taking over the role of Freddy Krueger in the upcoming A Nightmare on Elm Street remake. The announcement could come next week."
Shame Mr. Haley doesnt get any props for that punk kid he played in Bad News Bears! Hahahaha
