I think it depends on your viewpoint. Some people will think that any exposure for Jim is a good thing, but others will say an international hit with a shit arrangement of a great song isn't a price worth paying.

I'm firmly of the opinion that Jim's material should be about quality first and foremost, rather than worrying about what sells or what will gain him recognition. It's more important to BE the best songwriter, than to be recognised by the public or the industry.

Of course, in a perfect world, you should have both. But life ain't perfect. And neither is Celine.
