Anything For Love with Objects a close second. Michael Bay did a great job with these, but I think he had a huge budget which helps (imagine what Bay could do with Bat Out of Hell).
Back in 1993 I remember MTV running teasers for AFL with just the opening scenes of the motorbike being chased and the intro guitars & piano (Virgin ran a great media campaign for Bat 2).
Also really like Bonnie's 'If You Were a Woman...' which isn't a Steinman song, but I think Jim directed or storyboarded.
