Either May or June. People from all over the world are getting together in New York and Connecticut soon. I'll probably get in trouble for telling you this but I know that Jim really wants to tell the board all sorts of things. I don't think that everyone who is not Jim can continue to insist on silence for much longer. At some point the lid that Bullwhip talks about has to come off so that the show can be hyped.

The silence is weird. I can understand it from the point of view of the artisitic team changing and that being embarrassing but I think it was more healthy when Jim was allowed to talk about the show. Like when he told a reporter that it was going to be Cirque on acid or when he blogged about the producers. Or some of the things he said when he posted as Wagner.

I have to be careful not to post information that has not already been posted. Pudding has said that I haven't done that so far. Even when I said about the DVDs, I believe that Wagner had already posted about them. Maybe I will get in trouble for this post. I hope not.

It could be argued that a production should wait until the right moment for publicity. But I think the right moment is here. If they make the show famous before it has even been put together it will attract investor interest and fan interest.

One publicist said that each paper would only do one Jim article but I think that is bull. Jim has done so much and there are many different angles to view him from. At the moment there are people in the UK who think that Meat Loaf wrote Bat. That misconception has to be changed as soon as possible if Jim Steinman's Bat Out Of Hell The Musical is going to succeed.

Are you the poster who knows Steve Rinkoff? I was wondering if he told you about the possibility of news in May. A lot of show infromation comes from him. I have a feeling that he will play an important role. And also Barry, who has just directed a new version of Hair (although he will not be directing Bat).
