Well, he did post a Christmas message that included a picture. Assuming he was healthy in that photo (though he sure doesn't look happy), if he's had any health problems it would have to have been sometime since then.
Also, Jacqueline said news would be posted soon. I hope that's true. I have faith in Jim, but I'm getting tired of waiting. As I've said before, "no news is good news" is totally the wrong way to go about it. They should be hyping this show as much as they possibly can.
