Oh dear. I think there is something unfair about Wordnix being banned when Smeghead is allowed to publish crude language like "lying cunt", "window licker" and "touch of the downs" over and over again. Different rules are applied to different posters. Yesterday, Pudding called me a "sad cunt" but Wordnix only ever replied to me with posts that were either supportive or that showed balanced intellectual reason. I know that Smeghead has been banned but he is back and Wordnix is not. Believe it or not, despite her wild claims, it might even be unfair that Susan is banned. I read an old post from JD that said Susan was only guilty of "fan fantasy" and that it was the people who attacked her that disrupted the board. And yet those attackers are still here, now attacking others and poor old pidunk is banned.

That's okay. I admire your efforts. I love the way you have designed your websites.

Jim passed it on to someone I know. That's how I heard about it (you asked me how I knew further down the board).
She wanted to say yes because she liked both your concept and your attitude. But she wasn't really in a position to say yes (it's complicated but Jim isn't either), so she sent it to one of the lawyers. After that I didn't hear anything else.

If the lawyer said no, you shouldn't give up. You can get the rights if you fight for them. Even if Jim and the lady I know aren't in a position to say yes, they can put pressure on the lawyers and managers. Your concept is so good that it's worth percevering with.

Especially if it's going to be in Australia. That wouldn't threaten BOOH The Musical in Germany or the UK. And even if BOOH does tour Australia, the two shows are very different.

Yes. Disney wanted to do it but withdrew when they found out that Jim does not own the publishing rights. The publishing rights were a condition for them getting involved. Which is a different attitude than the BOOH The Musical producers have.
