Like they did with Crawford. Who also got loose reins and did his thing.

Have to agree with Smeg. Bay shouldn't be allowed anywhere near it. Huge explosions, car races + crash with implausible explosion of crashed car and that annoying woooohooo america patriotism are his forte. He'd be a fish out of water if he'd had to direct something on a stage without help of the US Army and tons of CGI.
