The newly repackaged Hits Out Of Hell is back in the UK album charts, so he can't be a complete "has been", although it is no thanks to any song not written by Jim.

I agree that he shouldn't "waste" anymore songs on Meat. Any unreleased Jim compositions are precious these days and he needs them to escape from the long shadow that Meat has cast over Jim's carear (especially in the UK).

Having said that, Meat should always get some credit for being the first performer to send Jim's compositions into orbit.
