Doesn't make any difference. If a 44 year old gets a 13 year old wasted and then has sex with her that is wrong. Ae you saying that if a 13 year old girl has sex with some 15 year old boy then it is OK for a middle aged man (one in a position of great power) to get her high and have sex with her? If it could be proved she lied about her age... or came on to him that would be different... but he is the adult and he should know better.
