Market the show as you would market a theatrical show. Don't try to appeal to Meat's fans... as they don't want to see Peter Pan and they think this will be a Meat bio or something.

You aren't targeting the vast majority of the public. You are targeting the Theater going public.
Bat Out Of Hell is more

No if Meat is involved it will flop. Theater goers would not sit through a musical with Meat's inability to sing. Meat fans have to understand this is a Rock musical based on Peter Pan. Jim is just using the Bat name because he figures it will give him the clout he needs to get it produced... which it has. If he had tried to get a producer to sign on to "Neverland" they would have looked at DotV and said "No Thanks". But now he has to treat it as a musical piece in the west end and dump the Meat connection or Treat it as a Jukebox musical and dump Peter Pan.
