Look, it's real simple. In fact it's what I said earlier (I guess you missed it). "IMO" is needed when it's not OBVIOUS that it's an opinion. It's obvious to a blind bat that what Pudding said was an opinion. It would be obvious to a post-op brain donor. Shit, it was even obvious to you!
