To: ******* Hello there! We thought that you might be interested to know that audience tickets are now available for a brand new live entertainment show for early 2010 on ITV1! As with all of our shows, the tickets are FREE! POPSTAR TO OPERASTAR Can Pop Stars really become Opera Stars? For 6 weeks live on ITV1, we are going to find out! Eight stars from the world of Pop will be trained by the very best from the world of Opera in the hope they can completely change their style of singing. Popstar to Operastar will be live every week and the viewers will decide who can cut it and who can’t. The show gets under way with Bernie Nolan (The Nolans), Jimmy Osmond (The Osmonds, Darius (Pop Idol), Vanessa White (The Saturdays), Danny Jones (McFly), Alex James (Blur), Kym Marsh (Hear'Say), Marcella Detroit (Shakespear's Sister) singing, all being mentored by Katherine Jenkins and Rolando Villazon. The show will be hosted by Myleene Klass & Alan Titchmarsh and the critics are Meatloaf and Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen. If you would like to join us live in the studio, then apply now! The show will be recorded at The ITV London Studios on London's South Bank, near Waterloo Station at 9pm on Fridays from 15th January for 6 weeks, with a pilot episode on Thursday 14th January.
