Yes, he can... he's done loads of stuff without Jim, and it would appear that, besides Bat I and II, Meat is totally NJC these days...
And the fact that Meat mentions Jim in his biography is no more than logical... There would be no Meat as we know him without Jim...
Now I am not trying to open up the ancient and most annoying 'who would be worse off without the other' argument...
I am just trying to point out that it would be VERY hard to describe Meat's life and career without mentioning Jim several times!
