He did, IMO. I haven't even gotten to the end of it yet and I'm already on Meat's side... Conan just keeps challenging him, more or less calling him a liar. I'm baffled by anyone who thinks we DESERVE to know "the truth" about anything that involves lawsuits, lawyers, contracts... it's none of our business. If one of the artists wants to open up, fine, but otherwise, I think its silly to start arguments with an artist about their financial reasons for doing something. Maybe that's just me though. Personally I'd rather go read a book or watch a movie I've never seen than spend time refreshing a message board to see if some rock star has answered my questions over whose fault it was that a particular contract wasn't signed almost 5 years ago. | |
