| "Wicked" is just a really entertaining show. I've seen it twice and going again soon. My kids became totally in love with it; I suspect many do, which probably drives a lot of the repeat viewings. (that's why we're going again.) IMO, the cliche "superb popular entertainment" truly applies to "Wicked." The writing isn't ground-breaking (although the costumes and set pieces are very well done) -many of the plot points are quite by the #s, but it pushes the right buttons at the right time and sends the crowd home happy. > The only changes I was aware of were to the cast, so each > of the three performances I've seen have differed slightly > due to this.
