Not only is "Love Never Dies" a sequel but he nicked a song from his "Beautiful Game" musical and made it into the main song for "Love Never Dies". "The Wizard Of Oz", starring Michael Crawford and featuring new lyrics by Tim Rice, is a pretty safe bet. ALW doesn't have the same sense of adventure that he had when he wrote "Jesus Christ Superstar". > Booh is no different, if it ever hits the stage. A rock and roll update of Peter Pan, set in post-apocalyptic New York, with Hook as dictator/police chief of Obsidan, has never been done in the West End before. I don't like what he did to "DOTV" but I wouldn't wish death on Michael Crawford. Hopefully he will make it to the spring of 2012. It would be nice if he could attend the "BOOH" opening night party. Just to show that there are no hard feelings over "DOTV". | |
