He has this sort of cool image but his films are not so cool. I think he is greatly helped by his friendship with Johnny Depp and his marriage to Helena Bonham Carter. Sweeny Todd was good but then it was based on a great show. I especially don't like it when he remakes classics like "Planet Of The Apes". I wish he would spend the money and the energy on original films like "Pee Wee's Big Adventure". | |
