It's from 'Formation of the Tribe' (CD1 track 3), although I think Jim has referred to this song in interviews as 'How Do You Bury The Skull Of Your Country?'

There was a cast reunion in 1999, but Jim cancelled (bottled it?) at the last minute.

The Dream Engine (and OTT) shows were great. Nothing ever done in London (all NYC & Mohegan Sun), although I think Rinkoff was trying to set-up shows in Germany & London.

Who knows? I think a touring band with maybe a concept album? Why not send Jim or Rink an e-mail, and then tell us?

BTW - The first OTT shows in January 2005, Rinkoff was outside taking video of the crowd/queue so I would suggest he videod the show as well?
