I doubt Meat, after having to "fight" to whatever degree just to get Jim's name on the album, had much say in the repective font sizes.

I also don't think it would have worked to call the band "Meat Loaf" and have Meat go by "Marvin" in the line-up. He was already known as "Meat Loaf" by a decent number of people at that point, and the general public would have just assumed that he was "Meat Loaf" when they saw any clips of the band because of his size.

It would have been like people who thought Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin were individuals.
