I wanted the sequel from the moment I heard "The Heart Is Slow To Learn" which was a year before the book came out. The book is rubbish, ALW can do much better and I hope he improves the big flaws it has. The concept in general is very intriguing about Phantom having a son etc. Read the book sometime, just so you can say you've experienced one of the worst devastations to a major legacy (that is, aside from TMIL lolol ;-)
When the movie came out, you can just imagine me saying to someone "KEEP A NOTE OF THIS BIT. It is a reference to the sequel" back when I was the only one who believed a sequel would ever happen. Well, now it has.
Now all we need is for Warner Bros. to announce it's taken them ten years to decide to produce Jim's "Batman".
