| In my opinion what you see in Armageddon is hardly different than in AFL. It is still that same fast paceness which I can appreciate doesn't work for many in films that well but the MTV 1 second (and sometimes less!) cuts works well for AFL to the point where I reckon if Meat Loaf had been able to get Michael Bay to do all his videos they wouldn't have become so drab and boring since the 90s. I actually think a lot of the success of AFL was down to Michael Bay's video to the point where I think even this website may not have existed without that.
