| No need to worry. No reall "leftovers". Meat had lots of songs at the start of the HCTB sessions, but Rob Cavallo just picked "Like A Rose" and "Lets Be In Love" (and maybe "Los Angeloser")as fitting with the kind of album he envisioned. So they flew in outside writers like Justin Hawkins and did not record/produce those "leftovers" at all. Bottom line: not songs that did not make the final cut (like "Prize Fight Lover") but songs that Rob Cavallo considered inappropiate for HCTB, although Meat had handpicked them. To me this does not justify any judgement about these songs. Maybe besides the fact that they might be more classic Meat style than some HCTB. Nevertheless Meat has been fair enough to state on mlukfc that he would love to do new Steinmusic, but the Steincamp saying he is too busy with the Bat-musical... I´m sure another collaboration would be for the benefit of both of them, no matter wether for "Hell In A Handbasket" or Jims musical. And for the benefit of us in need of a new drug of course.
