Buy what? The Collector's Edition (live tracks and videos on the DVD) or the Deluxe Edition (more radio edits than you're ever gonna need)?
The live tracks are the same as on the BOOH2 singles, i.e. the tour rehearsals, N.Y., July '93, with an edit here and there (from the top of my head, the intro of Bat goes directly into the song, no "No tape? I bet you say that to all the boys!" on Took the Words and the instrumental interlude in Paradise is shorter), with FCOL from Live Around the World.
Since I don't have the Deluxe edition, I can't say if the audio is the same, and I don't remember if the tracking is correct. What I do know is that it is mastered incredibly loud. So loud, that I don't think the remastering is an improvement.
As for the radio edits on the Deluxe Edition: you don't really need 'em. Trust me.
