Jim is in the SNL "All Revved Up" performance, you just can't see him because the piano is off screen. They also did "Two Out of Three" and you can see Jim. The videos are out there on if you know where to look. I wanted to put them on YouTube but the SNL people declined to grant permission.
Jim was the pianist for all of the shows on the Bat 1 tour. He also appeared for one or two shows on the Bat 2 tour.
