Motown ended up as part of Universal. If there was a CD release, it's probably an unauthorised one. As far as I know, the only Stoney and Meatloaf available on CD are the songs from the singles, that ended up in the Complete Motown Singles series (volumes 11a and 11b that cover 1971), and 'Heavy as Jesus' on the 'Key to the Kingdom' compilation.
