Some copies were sent out to radio stations, if I recall correctly. I got both my copies—MTYD/PotL and a mono/stereo MTYD promo—on eBay a few years ago.

Copies of the Clap Your Hand single were pressed, and I saw one surface on eBay a few months ago. Since there was already a bidding war going on, I didn't get involved, and I can't quite remember what it went for, but it was well over $100.

I got my copy in record store in Hamburg when I was there to see Tanz in 2004.
And I'm sure copies of it will eventually show up on ebay, gemm, musicstack or whatever. Given the current availability it probably won't be cheap.
