American Tail is a wondeful film (It's a Don Blueth film, so it figures) although I haven't seen it in a while, I recently rediscovered this gem of a song. I'll leave a link to Somewhere out there if you haven't heard it I, Having also just lost a dear one, found the lyrics very comforting, I hope they do the same for you.

I haven't seen Hunch Back of Notre Dame in a long time (Over a decade) But I love "Hellfire", it's not just dark by Disney's standard, it's dark full stop.

Grrrrrr....;). Meat's version is very special to a lot of Steinman fans, me included. I remember hearing it for the first time, where I was, what I was doing, I could even pin point which level of Banjo Kazooie I was playing when I first heard it! It left that much of an impression on me, it was a real event in my life first hearing that song. I think I probably do love Meat's version more, but I dont listen to it much, when I do, I savour every second of it. I love the reprise cause as a Rock song, it's incredible and the vocalist (Walken???) is awesome. but Meat's version is another story of awesomeness> > 3. The film Mary and Max, my favirote film of all time.
