| Watching the DVD... the live performances of I'd Lie For You and Not A Dry Eye taken from Top of the Pops are clearly just the album versions played over live footage. Lips don't even match up. I've never seen this show before, does the band/singer just fake play or did someone screw up? Lame. Great to see this band though... still the best he ever had IMO. Rest of the DVD is just the two music videos, and an interview with Meat talking about some of the songs and some studio footage of Jacobs, Durkee, Hagar, etc. Pretty good but if the DVD was the big draw for you buying this edition, it's not substantial enough to warrant the purchase since the other stuff is either available or lame. I'd wait til it was cheaper (especially if you had to import it like I did). Hilarious aside - even though it doesn't appear on the disc, the DVD menu plays Anything For Love over it :) | |
