There's a better quote out there, from one of the interviews with Jim around the release of "Bad for Good", but I'm going to have to dig that out. I think it was the Australian interview. But this should give you an idea.
"Steve Popovich is WHY rock n roll dreams come through. Not TRUE, he wasn’t God, but “came through”, like offering a rescue line or salvation."
