WDTW the musical was similar in principal to the film, but so different in so many ways. Some things need to change for it to work. WDTW was originally set in England, then its location changed to the Deep South of America for it to work. Which kinda makes me laugh that Smeg complains about it having British accents when it originally was set in Britain...LOL
