15 quid is quite expensive. For a fairly skinny book with no articles. I think there was a hard cover version for 20. However, if you forget the price, it was nicely done. The really cool thing is that Jim is the most important person in that programme. Apart from Meat Loaf himself. The first two pages (after the cover) are pictures of Meat and Jim. The first page is the classic picture of Jim and Meat joined by handcuffs and then the next page is separate pictures of the two beside each other. Unfortunately I didn't see the show. I regret not going. I hear that Jim appeared playing piano on a big screen and that the audience were cheering Jim. Gosh. I would have liked to see that. So, if you take that and the programme into account, as well as the numerous times that Meat has mentioned Jim during interviews, I think that this Final At Bat tour has been an amazing tribute to Jim by Meat. I am so glad that BOOH has gone back into the top ten UK album chart. It's the icing on the cake. I think it is ages and ages since Meat has had such a successful tour and he has made sure that Jim is part of it. Even though Jim couldn't travel to the O2 and other UK venues, he was there.
