No. Whistle was like the Broadway production of Superstar. Actually, this is interesting. The first Andrew Lloyd Webber musical to debut on American shores since "Jesus Christ Superstar" on Broadway in 1971 WAS the 1996 production of "Whistle down the Wind", and LIKE "Jesus Christ Superstar" after the original American production, there was a different creative team on board the London version. From the impression that I get, they took a clean break from the Washington show when they went to do it in the West End, I think.

Kenwright's tour is different again, I recall.
