Neil Patrick Harris is probably too old for the Peter role but he is very talented and could be a great Hook. If Peter has to be fairly young, who could play him? I am guessing that there would be a difference between who would be ideal for Broadway and who would be ideal for the West End.

Regarding Michael Cohl taking the JCS tour for America, I can see why you are surprised that he took it. Especially if you consider the enormous budget. But there seems to be some claims that he didn't know RUG and ALW would make him work with a cast who were relatively unknown to North Americans. As you point out below, the cast for the UK JCS tour made much more sense and that tour was quite successful.

I agree that there should be some kind of single to promote the show. For various reasons, that will probably be easier if BOOH opens in the West End. Could No Matter What have been a hit in America if Whistle had opened on Broadway? America has the most difficult charts in the world.
