I love the Neverland version and it's sense of foreboding, but as Jim has said, Todd did a really great pop arrangement for the BAT album, and probably made a more cohesive 'song'.
I imagine a combination of the two for the BAT musical. I think Jim has written some new lyrics for this one as well.
