I think Ravenous was set-up so that Jim & Rink could have a bit more control (and in turn money), over artists recording Steinman's songs.
TDE was only gonna fly commercially if the group was willing to tour the arse off the album (like Meat did in the 70's), and I don't think that will happen, as most of the band & vocalists seem to have a lot of other work as well.
I think the best bet for Ravenous to have a hit album (with Steinman songs), is to go with an Adrienne Warren solo album.
She has the voice and the looks, and could be a big star, managed/produced by Jim & Rink.
