Yes, he did. Meat wanted it on "Welcome To The Neighborhood". That's all we ever heard about it until he started saying it was written for him in 1986. His theory, for all we know, could be correct. Personally I believe it because there are several songs on "Original Sin" that wound up on "Back Into Hell". Meat has also said, in interviews around Bat II time, that "It Just Won't Quit" and "Good Girls" were meant for him all along. Or something like that. If that is so, isn't it strange that "Good Girls" got a recording before Pandora's Box? That is, in a Japanese version. But still....

It's more complicated than it seems. Jim describes the song as a moment in "Wuthering Heights" where Heathcliff exhumes Cathy's corpse and dances with it in the moonlight. This almost implies a sort of male / female duet with Cathy singing as a ghost.
