If Bat 1 is (like a) Bat Out Of Hell, a metaphoric rendering of a bat escaping quickly from hell; and if Bat II is going Back Into Hell, there is hell, and there are bats there. Now, in concept Bat III, inside hell, there are bats, and the bats are fire breathing monsters. I just looked again at the cover, so I focused on the fact that we didn't see a sequel of Bat Out of Hell in the sense that the character left hell again; so he is in hell. The monster is either loose or out of its cage whichever concept would apply to the art itself, perceptually, because there is no cage where the bat is in its own habitat. The rhyme is accidental. If the bat were a pig, and it was the land of the pig, etcetera.
