I believe he was referring to the album (Bat III) as that damnable shit fest, only he referred to it as "Monster is Loose" which speaks volumes. Meat has also said "There is no Bat III". It leaves us with an interesting debate. There is technically a "Bat III" that you can still buy, but spiritually does it count as "Bat III"?

I like the album. How I judge it, ultimately in the end, is you can listen to it in the car. I obviously don't like it as much as the other two and was profoundly disappointed over what happened. Fifteen years later I still think the whole situation was BS and they should have done it together at some point. If they'd been allowed to wait till Braver, they could have done a Bat III together then.
