Cool, thanks for that :) I was there too and agree it was ace! I've been to loads of live shows which start with about an hour of the supporting artist and then you wait ages for the main act to show up, like two hours after the show started. Last night the "support act" was actually Marion Raven and Meatloaf was on stage within an hour of the show starting!
I think his set must've lasted nearly three hours counting encores and it was all brilliant; except that yet again I managed to end up in the one block where nobody stood up - even for Bat out of Hell! What's that all about?!
PS. By the way I haven't posted before so "hi everybody". (I used to be on the Jim Steinman list years ago but mostly just lurked)
