I have wonderful dreams in which Jim plays an important part. But when I have woken on many days I had the splendidness of delights to see his grouchy face in the mornings :)
I enjoyed having our morning coffee breaks, when I picked him up from where he was living at the time, and took him to his office. The drive followed the coffee, so I was able to stretch the time with him out to about fifty minutes....instead of I suppose, thirty five minutes. At the office at 9am, and he emerged dressed and ready to go at 8:10. If a fifty minute hour seems like too much of a therapists' schedule, believe me, it was ourselves on each other who was the therapist! On those days, I drove either from work or from home, between 50 and 100 miles the daily round-trip. I gave him his wake up calls from my cellphone while en route. It was the kind of thing that was so simple, and so difficult at the same time, but the only thing that stopped me from doing that was someone who did on the street to me what you do on the board.
