I do agree, but implying that myself or my children are under investigation (which is not true) or twisting a commentary on innocent children's games (playing "house" or "getting married" with bubble gum rings) into implying "sexual emphasis" in a child's life is both demented and derogatory.
According to the laws regarding children's privacy and rights, it's also illegal to imply that a child is abused, endangered, etc.
