| Hey thanks for the great re-cap. And whilst I agree totally about finishing with multiple covers / old standards / novelty numbers when there are so many of his own numbers he just never performs anymore, I can NOT sit back and hear Black Betty referred to as "that shit stupid Tom Jones song"!! :o) I mean, wtf? he's about the trillionth person to have covered it? And his version (which obviously made more of a splash in your parts than mine, cause no one would have even heard of it in Australia) is so dumbed down and taken to a different "place" musically that I'm surprised the connection was even made.
