What these puppies need is a fucking vet!
You seem to think that I'm oblivious to animal legislation but I know it well. And I know thatn ignorant individuals as these are no asset.
I can't dispense generic information in a responsible way. The dogs needs a vet check--I can't fathom havinmg a bitch and her litter go this long without opne. They'll be lucky if any, including the bitch, survive at this rate.
