Very interesting stuff here...
I can totally relate to the theory that Neverland is Jim's muse for writing his songs.
I dont think that the Neverland that Jim always talks about in interviews will ever see the light of day. Which is probably better that way. Every Steinmaniac has his own version of Neverland in his head. There is no version that could beat the version that they have created for it themselves. Thats the magic of Rock N Roll or music in general basically.
