I got involved because I was following the thread and found it interesting--it's not like it's private e-mail.
And yeah, I know Bakewell's in Derbyshire--it sticks in my mind because I believe we always went through that station on the way up to York--only time we ever went north! But just a beautiful area.
Oh--and wasn't Rob the one you accused of ass-kissing when he praised JD for booting Susan? Anyway, that was the WTF? about that.
As for the Chronicles, if someone thinks they have enough material and time, hell yes, give it a go--could be worhtwhile. And yes, I'd have no problem with paying for it. My point alone is that their purpose and period of time they were in is very different from now. But by all means, if someone wants to try they will most likely find some likely takers.
