There you go then :-). That's the "stereo mix" thing that I mentioned.

Did you install new audio card drivers? The standard drivers that came with my Dell laptop didn't offer that option, so I had to download new ones that did. "Stereo Mix" is what you need if, for example, you want to record audio from an internet audio stream.
