The one I have noticed most recently is a melody line from The Storm and the bass riff at the beginning of Nowhere Fast from Streets Of Fire.

I love how he interweaves his melodies and themes in and out of his compositions. The first similarity I ever noticed was the repeat of the opening lyric from Paradise on Love And Death Of An American Guitar and Wasted Youth. That's what got me hooked on finding similarities in his songs and seeing how he uses them.
